Donnie Vie On The Record

Donnie Vie is the former lead singer of the hard rock band Enuff Z’nuff. He’s back and his new solo album is ‘Beautiful Things,’ and the first Pledge Music Campaign track is ‘I’ll Surrender.’

In 1991, Rolling Stone magazine called Enuff Z’nuff “The Hot Band of the Year.” The group appeared on MTV, Howard Stern and David Letterman. In addition to their hit singles “Fly High Michelle” and “New Thing,” their single “Mother’s Eyes” was a statement on healing racism, which showed they were much more than a hard rock party band, although they were that as well.

Listen as Donnie Vie shares his raw, honest, courageous story of hitting it big with international success, struggling with the excesses of rock ’n’ roll fame, and overcoming tragedies and obstacles to finally find his own voice and music.
