Doug Hoyt is a Musician, Audio Engineer, Educator, and Owner of ‘Sounds Like Music Recording Studio,’ with over 25 years experience. Having helped build and develop the audio program at New England School of Communications, one of New England’s top recording schools, he has taught Audio Engineering for over 10 years. Doug helped to develop the skills of audio engineering students who have gone on to acquire album credits with Bruce Springsteen, U2 and Adele to name a few. The Sounds Like Music Recording Studio philosophy is based on the belief that great sounding recordings are made from, not just the recording gear and technology, but the creativity that is put into them.
